摘　　要：现在各中职学校都开设了计算机基础课,课程又以办公软件学习为主。与笔试考核方式相比,办公软件的考核更适合用上机操作方式,更能准确反映出学生对知识的掌握程度。但目前许多考试系统没办法做到考试内容可选化,教师无法根据教学进度和学生的特点,去调整考试内容,只能按系统提供的题库进行考试。这并不能与教学进度相适应,而且考试系统只是负责试卷的收发,并没有对考试的结果进行分析,这样也不利于教学的提高。开发一个符合实际教学的办公软件考试系统,既能减轻老师的负担,又能提高教学质量和水平。Now all vocational schools have opened basic computer courses, Learning-based office software. Compared with the written assessment methods, assessment office software spend more suitable operating mode, more accurately reflect students＆#39; mastery of knowledge. But there is no way to do a lot of examination system of optional exam content, teachers can not be based on the progress of teaching and student characteristics, to adjust the content of the examination, only exam conducted by the examination system. This does not fit with the progress of teaching and examination system is only responsible for the transmission papers, and did not analyze the results of the examination, which is not conducive to improving teaching. Develop a realistic teaching office software examination system, both to reduce the burden on teachers, but also improve the quality of teaching and level.
