摘　　要：推进鄱阳湖生态经济区建设,实现科学发展、绿色崛起目标,其实质是要实现发展思维方式的根本性转变,从简单性思维转向复杂性思维。领导干部是建设鄱阳湖生态经济区的领导者、组织者,必须确立与建设鄱阳湖生态经济区相适应的科学思维方式,深刻领会复杂性思维主要特征,全面把握复杂性思维基本要求,在实践中不断提升复杂性思维能力。The nature of promoting the construction of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone , and realizing the goals of scientific development and ＂green rise＂ is to make a radical change of development thinking method, and to change from simplicity thinking to complexity thinking. Leading carders are the leaders, organizers in the construction c？f Poyang Lake ecological economic zone, so they should have a scientific thinking mode for the construction of the ecological economic zone; they should master the main characteristics of complexity thinking in a profound way; they should comprehensively grasp the basic demands of complexity thinking; they should continuously improve the ability of complexity thinking.
