高校党员教师思想政治状况调查与分析——以江西部分高校为例

摘　　要：高校党员教师思想政治工作是高校教师党员队伍建设的重要内容。调查了解高校党员教师思想政治状况,是增强高校党员教师思想政治工作针对性和实效性基本前提。通过对上饶师范学院等江西省属普通本科高校党员教师思想政治、职责意识、职业道德与法律意识、职业归属感状况的调查分析,得出以下结论:高校党员教师思想政治上积极向上,但部分高校党员教师思想政治上存在模糊认识;高校党员教师职责意识清晰,敬业精神强;高校党员教师职业道德水平高,法律意识强;高校党员教师热爱教师职业,但职业归属感荣誉感缺失。不同性别、年龄的高校党员教师思想政治状况存在一定的差异性。The ideological and political work of college teachers with cpc membership is the important content of the team construction of college teachers with cpc membership. The survey of the ideological and political state of college teachers with cpc membership is a basic premise of strengthening the pertinence and pragmaticality of the ideological and political work of these teachers. After analyzing the awareness of ideology and policy, awareness of responsibility, work ethics and legal awareness, and a sense of belonging of teachers with cpc membership at Shangrao Normal University and some other colleges in Jiangxi province, the article draws out the following conclusions： college teachers with cpc membership are positive in terms of ideology and politics, but some of them have an ambiguous understanding of ideology and politics; they have a clear awareness of responsibility and professional ethics; they have work ethics of high level and a strong legal awareness; they love their teaching job, but they may not have a sense of belonging or a sense of honor; there exist different ideological and political states among teachers of different sexes, and of different ages.
