摘 要:在每年5~9月不利于蔬菜生长的高温阶段种植一季中晚稻、实行稻-菜水旱轮作的耕作制度(123种植模式)是广东省正在进行的耕作制度变革.惠阳区中稻试验始于2004年,随着试验研究的深入、技术的发展与完善,中稻面积逐年扩大,单产连年提高.在分析总结惠阳区中稻生产特点基础上,从水稻品种选用、生产季节安排、栽植方式、合理施肥、水分管理、病虫害防治、注意事项等方面总结了惠阳区菜田种植一季中稻栽培技术.As the vegetable field with high temperature during May to September is not conducive to vegetable growth, the implementation of rice-vegetable rotation cropping system (123 cropping pattern) becomes the ongoing transformation of farming system in Guangdong province. Field experiment has been conducted in Huiyang district since 2004. Plant area and grain yield per unit of middle rice gradually increased with the intensive study and development of techniques. Based on the analysis and conclusion of production characteristic of middle rice, we reviewed the cultivation techniques of middle rice in vegetable field of Huiyang district from seven aspects, including the selection of rice variety, arrangement of production season, plant mode, rational fertilization, water management, pest control and attentions.
