摘　　要：农村公共服务体系存在缺陷是导致我国农村公共服务供给存在问题的根本原因。为了解决这些问题,满足广大农民日益多样化、个性化的农村公共服务需求,须对农村公共服务体系进行改革,合作治理理论为改革提供了新的视角和分析框架。借鉴合作治理的理念,构建了多元合作型的农村公共服务体系的基本框架,并提出了明确界定各供给主体责权、拓展多元化的筹资渠道、营造有利于多元主体参与的宏观环境、制定多元主体合作供给相关的规则和制度体系等对策建议。The defects rural public service system are the basic cause of rural public service supply problems. In order to solve these problems and meet the increasingly diversified and personalized needs of the majority farmers, we must reform the rural public service system. In this regard, cooperative governance theory provides a new perspective and analytical framework for reform. From the cooperative governance idea, this paper constructs the basic framework of the rural public service system of multiple cooperative mode, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions including dearly defining responsibilities of the multi-suppliers, expanding multi-financing channels, creating a favorable macroeconomic environment for multi-suppliers, formulating related rules and system for the multiple suppliers＇ cooperative supply behavior.
