不同光照强度对骏枣叶片光合作用的影响研究

摘　　要：【目的】了解骏枣叶片在不同光照强度处理下光合作用特征,找到合理、有效的栽培管理措施,为骏枣的矮化密植提供依据。【方法】试验采用LI-6400便携式全自动光合测定系统对不同光照强度下的骏枣叶片净光合速率及相关因子进行测定。【结果】随着光照强度的降低,净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度逐渐降低,胞间CO2浓度逐渐升高。全光照的净光合速率日变化趋势为"双峰"型曲线,有明显的"午休"现象,午间由于蒸腾作用促进叶片的失水,引起叶片的气孔关闭,气孔导度下降,胞间CO2浓度也下降,导致叶片光合速率降低,而此时10%透光率和15%透光率下,气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度都有所提高,这可以为光合作用提供原料。15%透光率下净光合速率与光合有效辐射的日变化趋势相符合,全光照和10%透光率下净光合速率未随光合有效辐射的变化而明显变化。【结论】适度遮荫,11:00-15:00时进行遮阴,避免光抑制,打破枣"午休",提高单株产量来增加枣树的经济效益。[Objective] The project aims to understand the eco-physiological characteristics of Junzao,find reasonable and effective cultivation and management measures and to provide the basis for the dwarf dose planting of jujube.[Method] The diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics and its relationship to the environmental factors of Junzao under different shading treatment were studied with the Licor-6400 portable photosynthetic system.[Result] The Pn,T r,Gs decreased significantly,while the Ci increased markedly with the decrease of light treatment.The diurnal net photosynthetic rate of Zizyphus jujube in sunny days exhibited double-peak pattern with obvious ＂ lunchtime＂ phenomenon.Around the midday,the transpiration would quicken the loss of leaves water,causing decline in stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration decrease,,thus resulting in reduction of the photosynthetic rate of leaf.The trends of diurnal changes of Pn and PAR were consistent in the 15％ of full light conditions,but the Pn didnt change with the PAR in the 10％ of full light condition.[Conclusion] Thus moderate shading was necessary to avoid photoinhibition on 11：00-15：00,improve the yield per plant and to increase the economic benefits of jujube.
