微小气候疗法对老年2型糖尿病的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨微小气候疗法对老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法对49例老年2型糖尿病患者应用MKJ型空气洁净器进行24 h/d空气净化1个月,以营造微小的气候环境;运动组46例行运动疗法。两组分别于治疗后1、2、3、4周抽血查空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素含量,并进行比较。结果实验组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖在净化后第3周,糖化血红蛋白在净化后第4周下降明显,胰岛素在净化后第4周上升明显(P<0.01)。上述指标在第4周的变化与对照组比较无显著性差异。病程在2年以内的患者治疗有效率为87.8%,病程在2年以上者有效率为65.3%。另有17例患者(34.7%)的降糖药物用量有所减少。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者行微小气候疗法能有效降低空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平,改善胰岛素的敏感性。其疗效与运动疗法相似。Objective To investigate the effect of microclimate therapy on elderly patients with type-II diabetes.Methods 49 elderly pa- tients with type- II diabetes were treated by 24 h one-day MKJ air cleaning for one month to create mieroclimate environment.46 elderly pa- tients with type- II diabetes as the control group were treated with exercise therapy.Fasting plasma blood glucose, 2-hour after meal plasma blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and HBAlc insulin were measured alad compared after 1,2,3 and 4 weeks of treatment.Results Fasting plasma blood glucose, 2-hour after meal plasma blood glucose decreased after 3 weeks of purification, glycosylated hemoglobin de- creased after 4 weeks of purification,and insulin increased after 4 weeks of purification（P 〈 0.01）.There were no significant differences in the above indexes among the two groups.The effective rate was 87.8% among the patients within two years of disease, and the effective rate was 65.3% among the patients with more than two years of disease.The hypoglycemic agent dosage of 17 diabetics（34.7%） decreased.Con- clusion Microclimate therapy can effectively decrease fasting plasma blood glucose, 2-hour after meal plasma blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, improve insulin sensitivity of the elder patient with type- II diabetes.
