五行音乐疗法在军队疗养员中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的在军队疗养员中应用五行音乐疗法,观察其疗效。方法对来我院疗养的疗养员,随机分配至疗养因子疗法组及疗养因子结合五行音乐疗法组,比较干预前、后两组SCL-90量表各项评分。结果干预前两组SCL-90量表各项评分没有显著性差异,干预后疗养因子结合五行音乐疗法组在焦虑、抑郁、敌对方面评分较疗养因子疗法组显著降低。结论中医五行音乐可以明显缓解军队疗养员焦虑、抑郁、敌对等不良情绪,适合推广应用。Objective To evaluate the curative effects of five-element music therapy on military convalescents during the rehabilitation. Methods Military convalescents at our sanatorium were randomly divided into two groups of conventional rehabilitation factor therapy and rehabilitation factor therapy accompanied with five-element music therapy.The scores of SCL-90 scale of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results There were no clear differences in the SCL-90 scores between the two groups before the intervention. However, after the intervention, the scores of the rehabilitation factor therapy accompanied with five-element music therapy group were clear- ly lowered than the conventional rehabilitation factor therapy group in terms of anxiety, depression and hostility.Conclusion The unhealthy emotions of anxiety, depression and hostility in military convalescents can be relieved effectively by traditional Chinese medicine five-ele- ment music therapy which is suitable for popularization and application.
