应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗前后血糖血脂变化及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀治疗前后血糖血脂变化,并做相关性分析。方法选取在济宁市第一人民医院神经内科服用瑞舒伐他汀治疗的非糖尿病病人92例,给予瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,1次/d,共用药16周,测定治疗前后病人空腹血糖、胆固醇、三酰甘油、血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平。结果瑞舒伐他汀治疗前后LDL差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血糖、三酰甘油具有相关性。结论瑞舒伐他汀能够降低胆固醇、LDL,对空腹血糖、三酰甘油也略有升高作用,但没有显著性差异。Objective To study the changes of blood glucose and fat and the correlation analysis before and after Rosuvastatin application. Methods 92 non-diabetes patients with intake of Rosuvastatin at Neurology Department, Jining Nol .People＇s Hospital were selected and giv- en 10 mg of Rosuvastatin once a day for 16 weeks, then the levels of fasting blood-glucose, cholesterol ,triacylglycerol, and serum low densi- ty lipoprotein（LDL） before and after the treatment were determined and statistically analyzed. Results The differences of LDL before and af- ter the treatment of Rosuvastatin were of statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）, and blood glucose and triacylglycerol were of correlation.Conclu- sion Rosuvastatin can significantly decrease cholesterol and LDL, and can promote a bit of fasting blood-glucose and triacylglycerol though without siL^nifieant differences.
