穴位按摩治疗老年人慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩治疗老年人慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法随机选取100例患有慢性功能性便秘的老年疗养员,将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。两组疗养员都给予开塞露润肠常规性治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用穴位按摩治疗。对两组疗养员临床疗效进行观察和比较。结果经过15 d的治疗,两组疗养员均有好转,但结果显示,对照组有效率为84.0%,高于治疗组有效率56.0%,两组治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupoint massage on chronic functional constipation among the elderly. Methods 100 elderly convalescents with chronic functional constipation were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group.Two groups of convalescents were given conventional treatment of Kaiselu（glycerine enema） to lubricate in- testines,while the treatment group were given additional acupoint massage therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups of convalescents were observed and compared. Results Atter 15 days of treatment, all convalescents were improved, but the results showed that effective rate was 84.0% in the control group, higher than 56,0% in the control group.The differences of of curative effects between the two groups were of statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint massage treatment has accurate curative effects on chronic functional constipation among the elderly.
