浅谈军队疗养院内涵质量建设

摘　　要：本文针对现阶段军队疗养机构内涵质量建设的新任务、新要求,从实际出发,对内涵质量建设所涉及的有关方面进行了深入的探讨分析,强调指出军队疗养院的内涵质量建设,应当以新时期强军目标为统揽,紧密结合疗养院实际,创新文化、基础、技术、制度和人才队伍建设,提升军队疗养院科技实力,持续提高疗养院服务保障水平。The paper aims at the new tasks and new demands of connotative quality construction at current military convalescent institu- tions, practically makes profound discussion and analysis of the concerned aspects of connotative quality construction, and accentuates that connotative quality construction at military sanatorium should be centralized to strengthen army in new period with close integration of sana- torium situation to achieve culture innovation, foundation, technology, system, and talent team construction, and then promote talent team construction at militarv sanatorium to sustainablv enhance service assurance level at sanatorium.
