摘　　要：由于报纸文献的特殊性和复杂性,在报纸的编目过程中,发现《中国文献编目规则》与《新版中国机读目录格式》中涉及未处理的问题。笔者现就中文报纸编目与规范化进行探讨,阐述了书目数据规范化的意义及重要性,指出造成书目数据不规范的原因,对编目工作实践中一些具体问题进行举例说明和探讨,就这些问题给出解决方法,并提出书目数据规范化建议。Because of the particularity and the complexity of newspaper information, in the process of newspaper literature cataloging, it is found that there are some unresolved problems in the Chinese Bibliographical Cataloging Rules and the New Chinese Machine-readable Directory Format. In this paper, the Chinese newspaper resource cataloging rules and standardization are discussed, the significance and importance of bibliographic data standardization are described, and the reasons of the nonstandard bibliographic data are pointed out. And also, this paper illustrates and studies some concrete problems in cataloging working practice, and gives the solutions on these problems. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the bibliographic data standardization.
