摘　　要：结合系统方法中的整体性、相关性、层次性、动态性、科学性等原则,提炼出数据表编辑加工的"系统分析三步法",将数据表看成是一个由相互联系的若干要素(表序、表题、表身、表注等)组成的整体。首先审查系统整体结构是否合理,再逐项审查各要素的科学性和规范性,最后,统筹考虑表与正文、插图内容的相关性,进行一致性审查。Various problems encountered in author＇ s editing practice for data table were summarized, and a system analysis method for editing data table was put forward. With this method, data table is a system consisting of several interrelated elements （table sequence, title, column, data, and table note）. First, check the reasonability of structure of the whole data table. Second, check the scientificness and standardization of every element. Finally, check the consistency of data table, graph, and text of the paper.
