鼻内镜下经上鼻道—筛窦联合入路蝶窦开放术临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜下经上鼻道—筛窦联合入路行蝶窦开放手术治疗蝶窦病变的手术安全性、可行性及疗效。方法回顾分析笔者所在医院收治的45例蝶窦病变的临床资料,所有患者均采用经鼻内镜下经上鼻道—筛窦联合入路行蝶窦开放手术进行治疗。结果 45例蝶窦病变经此入路均成功行蝶窦开放,术中术后未出现并发症,45例均治愈。结论鼻内镜下经上鼻道—筛窦联合入路蝶窦开放术治疗蝶窦病变,疗效确切,手术直接、安全、微创,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the safety,feasibility and efficacy of an operative method which conducted sphenoidotomy in joint meatus of the ethmoid and sinus Via trans-superior meatus approach by nasal endoscope to treat the isolated sphenoid sinus. Methods 45 patients suffering from isolated sphenoid sinus diseases received surgical treatment in joint meatus of the ethmoid and sinus Via trans-superior meatus approach by nasal endoscope from April 2009 to April 2011. Results All 45 cases were successfully operated without serious complications.and all the patients were cured via the operation. Conclusion Treatment of isolated sphenoid sinus diseases in joint meatus of the ethmoid and sinus Via trans-superior meatus approach by nasal endoscope is safe,direct,minimally invasive and effective.
