摘　　要：随着信息技术的高速发展,聚类分析方法在客户分类中得到越来越多的应用。本文借助SPSS Clementine 12.0软件,使用两步聚类分析方法对中国科学院资源规划项目(Academia Resource Planning,ARP)系统用户进行聚类分析。总结各类用户的特点,剖析聚类结果的原因,并针对不同类型用户存在问题提出了具体的解决建议。旨在更好地进行用户管理、客户关系的建立,进而为提升系统使用效果和服务水平提供参考依据。With the rapid development of information technology, cluster analysis methods are more and more widely applied in customer classification. This paper with the help of SPSS Clementine 12.0 software, uses two-step cluster analysis approach to do a cluster analysis for Academia Resource Planning project （ARP） system users. This paper summarizes the characteristics of various types of users, analyses the reasons for the clustering results, and proposes concrete solutions to existing problems for different users. The purpose of the paper is to better perform user management, build customer relationships, and thus provide a reference for enhancing the system performance and service levels.
