摘 要:为了提高有源功率滤波器的电压和功率等级,采用H桥级联配合多电平技术是一种有效的解决途径。介绍了并联有源功率滤波器的基本原理及H桥级联的载波移相控制技术,采用固定开关频率的直接电流控制方法设计了一套基于数字信号处理器(digital signal processor)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(complex programmable logic device)载波移相的H桥级联多电平并联有源电力滤波器系统。该系统具有利用低开关频率、低电流谐波、低压开关器件实现高压输出的优点,并通过仿真和实验加以验证。Cascaded H-bridge with the multi-level technology is an effective solution to improve the voltage and power levels of active power filter (APF). The basic principle of multi-level shunt APF and cascaded H-bridge with the car- rier wave phase-shifted technique are introduced in this paper. The direct current control method of fixed switching fre- quency is adopted. A system of cascaded H-bridge multi-level shunt APF based on carrier phase-shifted with digital signal processor and complex programmable logic device is designed. The system has many advantages, such as low switching frequency, low current harmonic and a high output with low-voltage switching devices, etc. These advan- tages are verified by the simulation and experiment results.
