摘　　要：认为A型偏析外露是导致外露夹杂的主要原因。通过提高钢水纯净度,控制钢液结晶,改进锻造工艺,减少钢中的夹杂并让分枝树枝晶区尽量向锭心分布能减少外露夹杂。External A-type segregation is considered as the main cause of exposed inclusion .By improving the molten steel purity , controlling molten steel crystallization , reducing inclusion in steel , and making the branch dendrite as much as close to the ingot heart , exposed inclusion can be reduced .
