摘　　要：通过精选炼钢原料和严格执行各工序的控制措施,使钢水中的H、O和N含量符合技术要求。采用精炼炉精炼和真空浇注的单真空冶炼方法生产水电中间轴锻件,达到简化生产流程和降低生产成本的目的。Through the strict selection of raw material for steelmaking and executing the corresponding control measures for the smelting process , H ＆amp; O ＆amp; N contents in molten steel meet technical requirements .Single vacuum melting process with refining by refinery furnace and Vacuum pouring is used to produce the intermediate shaft forging for the hydropower , this can simplify production process and reduce production costs .
