摘  要:合成并表征了双苄基双亚砜高氯酸铕二元及三元配合物,对配合物进行了稀土络合滴定、摩尔电导率和元素分析,配合物的组成为:[EuL2.5·(ClO4)](ClO4)2·3H2O和[Eu2L4·phen(ClO4)2](ClO4)4·12H2O(L=C6H5CH2SOCH2SOCH2C6H5)。配合物的荧光光谱表明,配合物均产生了Eu3+的特征荧光发射光谱,且三元配合物比二元配合物的荧光发射强度增强1.87倍。通过荧光光谱法,研究了稀土配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。研究表明,双苄基双亚砜稀土二元、三元配合物-BSA体系的猝灭过程可能是静态猝灭,并且各配合物与BSA均具有较强的结合作用,能够被BSA储存和运输,因此,有望成为蛋白质荧光探针。The binary and ternary complexes of europium perchlorate with bis( benzylsulfinyl) methane were synthesized and characterized by rare earth coordination titration,elemental analysis and IR. The composition of the binary complex was suggested as [EuL2. 5·( ClO4) ]( ClO4)2·3H2O and the ternary complex was suggested as [Eu2L4·phen( ClO4)2]( ClO4)4·12H2O( L = C6H5CH2SOCH2SOCH2C6H5). The fluorescence spectra illustrated that the binary and ternary complexes showed characteristic emission of europium ions. The strongest characteristic fluorescence emission intensity of the ternary system was 1. 87 times as strong as that of the binary system. The interaction of the binary and ternary complexes with bovine serum albumin( BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectrometry. The studies indicated that the reaction between the complexes and BSA was a static quenching procedure. There was a strong binding reaction between complexes and BSA. The rare earth complexes could be transported by BSA. Therefore,it was expected to become a protein fluorescence probe.
