摘 要:将稀土硅铁及镁硅铁合金试样用硝酸、氢氟酸溶解后,用高氯酸冒烟驱赶氟,在盐酸介质中根据钛的发射光谱特征谱线采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)进行测定。试验中系统考察了共存元素对测定元素的影响,不同溶样方法对测定结果影响不大,回收率实验、精密度实验和准确度实验结果表明,该方法测定结果准确可靠,与光度法的对照结果相一致。测定范围:0.30%~5.00%。ICP- AES was used to determine the contents of titanium in RE- Si- Fe alloy and RE- Si- Fe- Mg alloy in hydrochloric acid solution based on the characteristic spectral line of titanium. The sample was dissolved in nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,and perchloric acid fume was used to destroy fluorine. Different dissolution methods were compared. The effect of coexistent elements on the determination of titanium was investigated. Recovery,precision and accuracy of the method were determined. The results show that the measured results are stable and reliable and consistent with those by spectrophotometric methods. The measurement range is from 0. 30% to 5. 00%.
