摘　　要：介绍广东海洋大学船舶与海洋工程专业在育人实践过程中,紧密结合地方经济和海洋发展需求,坚持走依托行业、产学研结合的道路,不断优化人才培养体系,在培养能安心、能吃苦、能创业的"三能"应用型人才方面的探索。Abstract： The practices of exploration for Guangdong Ocean University to cultivate the application - oriented personnel for the specialty of naval architecture and ocean engineering were introduced. The cultivation of talents should be combined with the development of local economy and requirements of ocean strategy, be integrated with construction and research, so as to optimal the cultivating system continuously.
