摘　　要：在分析《1978年海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约》马尼拉修正案、《1974年海上人命安全公约》及国内法规的基础上,提出航运院校船舶保安意识与职责的教学内容、教学方法及对教员的要求,意在通过教学实践,了解掌握海船船员保安职责和加强海上保安的特别措施。Abstract： After analyzing International Convention on Standerds of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers （ 1978 ） , International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea （1974） and the domestic laws and regulations, the teaching content, teaching methods and requirements for teachers on the ship security awareness and responsibilities were proposed. So as that students could master the ship security responsibilities and special measures to enhance ship security through teaching practice.
