冠状动脉旁路移植术前后心肌营养素-1的变化

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)患者,行冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass graft,CABG)治疗前后,血清心肌营养素-1(cardiotrophin-1,CT-1)的变化及意义。方法:选择60例成功接受CABG的CHD患者,分别于术前、术后1d、1w测定血清CT-1浓度,于术前及术后1w行超声心动图(ultrasonic cardiogram,UCG)检查测定左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)和左心室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)。结果:①CHD患者术后1d CT-1较术前增高(P<0.05);②CHD患者术后1w,CT-1明显降低(P<0.05),且UCG各参数明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:CHD患者血清CT-1升高,且CT-I与心功能关系密切,检测CT-1对CHD患者的治疗和心功能的评价有一定价值。Objective：To observe the changes of cardiotrophin-1（CT-1） of the coronary heart disease （CHD） patients before and after coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG）.Methods：The 60 CHD patients operated successfully with CABG were selected,and the concentrations of the CT-1 in the serums of these patients before the operations,and at 1 day and 1 week after the treatments were measured,respectively.The left ventricle eject fraction （LVEF）,the left ventricular end diastolic volume index （LEDI） and the left ventricular end-systole volume index （LVESVI） were respectively tested before the operations and at 1 week after the treatments by using ultrasonic cardiogram （UCG）.Results：①Before the operations,the CG-1 levels of the CHD patients were higher than that of the CHD patients at 1 day after the treatments （P ＜ 0.05） ; ② The CT-1 levels of the CHD patients were decreased evidently at 1 week after the treatments （P ＜ 0.05） ; the UCG parameters were improved obviously （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：As the CT-1 levels of the CHD patients increased which correlate closely with cardiac function,thus the measurement of CT-1 possesses certain value for the treatment of the CHD patient and the evaluation of cardiac function.
