摘　　要：电子政务公共平台已成为我国电子政务建设的主要目标,传统应用系统向电子政务公共平台迁移有利于整合政务资源和提高政府服务效率。应用迁移之前,应做好充分的迁移需求调查和分析,进行完善的迁移设计和规划,然后实施稳妥有效的应用迁移。迁移完成后仍需要进行迁移效果评估和迁移验收,避免迁移过程中可能出现的各种风险。E- Govemment common platform has been the main goal of E- Government construction in our country and it＇ s useful to integrate the government resources and promote government service efficiency for traditional application system migrating to E- Government common platform. Before application migration, we should do fully migration requirements survey and analysis, carry out thorough migration plan and design, then implement reliable and effective application migra- tion, finish migration effect evaluation and migration acceptance to avoid all kinds of possible risks during migration.
