摘 要:以WBCSD的环境绩效评价原则为依据,选取评价指标,构建了基于方向距离函数的中国制造业环境绩效评价模型。实证结果显示:29个制造业行业的环境绩效差距较大,有9个行业的环境绩效连续四年均为最好,食品制造业和纺织业这两个行业在2006-2009年的环境绩效呈现下降的趋势,其他行业则没有呈现出规律性变化。文中为研究环境绩效与经济绩效的关系及碳减排配额在行业间的分配提供了一定的支撑依据。In this paper,according to the evaluation principles of WBCSD,evaluation indices were selected and an evaluation model of Chinese manufacturing environmental performance was constructed based on direction distance function.The empirical results showed that there were great differences among the environmental performances of 29 manufacturing industries,9 of them were always the best from 2006 to 2009,the environmental performance of food manufacturing and textiles showed a downward trend,and the other industries didn't present a regular change.The research provided basis for researching the relationship between the environmental performance and economic performance,and allocating the carbon emission reduction quota in all of the manufacturing industries.
