新疆城市土地利用与城市发展和谐度及时空分异

摘　　要：构建城市土地利用指标体系和城市发展指标体系,采用因子分析法计算土地利用综合分值和城市发展综合分值,再通过协调度、耦合度和耦合协调度三个指数衡量两者和谐关系。研究发现:在研究阶段内,新疆18个绿洲城市协调度、耦合度和耦合协调度三项指标总体呈现递减态势,城市系统的同步性、适用性、有序性处于下降阶段,城市系统和谐度较弱,城市发展与土地利用的矛盾正不断加剧,其复杂关系在很长时间将是新疆城市面临重要难题。城市系统和谐程度时空分异客观存在,北疆城市和谐性整体增强,南疆和东疆城市整体减弱,其中北疆上升2.62%,南疆、东疆分别下降51.67%和56.13%。Index system of urban land use and urban development was built to calculate the composite score of land use and urban development.Using factor analysis,coordination degree,coordination of coupling degree and coupling degree the harmonious degree of the urban system,order and harmony and spatial and temporal variation were measured.The study showed： in the research stage,for the 18 oasis cities in Xinjiang,the coordination degree,coupling and coupling coordination degrees generally showed a decreasing trend,the synchronization of the city system,applicability and ordering were in the decline stage,harmony of urban systems was weak,the contradictions of urban development and land use were growing,and its complex relationship in a long time will be the critical challenges for Xinjiang cities.The urban systems harmonious degree of spatial and temporal differentiation existed objectivly,harmony overall was enhanced for the cities in northern Xinjiang,and whole weakened in southern Xinjiang and eastern Xinjiang,that of cities in northern Xinjiang increased by 2.62%,cities in southern and eastern Xinjiang decreased 51.67% and 56.13% respectively.
