摘  要:采用盆栽控水法,测定分析八宝景天、沙打旺、紫花苜蓿和早熟禾4种典型干旱区草本植物的叶片相对含水量(RWC)、相对水分亏缺(RWD)、相对电导率、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和可溶性糖含量7个生理指标的变化,运用隶属函数值法进行植物抗旱性综合评价。结果表明:单一指标无法准确全面的反映植物的抗旱能力,4种植物苗期综合抗旱性顺序为:八宝景天>紫花苜蓿>早熟禾>沙打旺,八宝景天和紫花苜蓿抗旱性较强,可为干旱区生态修复植物抗旱能力的研究提供基础资料。The author selected 4 kinds of plant species,including Sedum spectabile Boreau,Astragalus adsurgens Pall,Medicago sativa L and Poa annua L,in typical arid region,then measured and analyzed the changes of 7 physiological indices including the relative water content,relative water deficiency,relative conductivity,chlorophyll content,contents of proline,malondialdehyde and soluble carbohydrate,with potted controlled water.Then we used the fuzzy membership function analysis to integratedly evaluate the plant drought resistance.The results showed that a single indicator couldn't reflect the drought resistance of plants accurately and comprehensively,and the drought resistant capability of 4 plants in seedling stage was in order of Sedum spectabile Medicago sativa Poa annua Astragalus adsurgens.Sedum spectabile and Medicago sativa had better drought resistance,so they can be provided research based of study on ecological restoration drought-resistant plants on arid area.
