血清PAPPA水平在孕早期先兆流产中预测不良妊娠结局的意义

摘　　要：目的探索检测血清妊娠相关蛋白PAPP-A在孕早期先兆流产中预测不良妊娠结局的意义。方法检测门诊孕早期发生先兆流产孕妇的血清妊娠相关蛋白PAPP-A值,并追踪观察妊娠结局。比较血清PAPP-A值正常或高于正常患者与血清PAPP-A低水平患者的妊娠结局;比较不同妊娠结局的血清妊娠相关蛋白PAPP-A值。结果血清PAPP-A值正常或高于正常患者的妊娠结局大多未发生流产,发生率仅为8%;而发生不良妊娠结局的孕妇血清妊娠相关蛋白PAPP-A值明显低于正常。结论血清妊娠相关蛋白PAPP-A水平在孕早期先兆流产中预测不良妊娠结局有重要意义。Objective To explorethe predictive value of serum PAPPA level for adverse pregnancy outcomesin early threatened abortion. Methods Testing serum PAPPA level of pregnant women who suffered from early threatened abortion and from section for outpatients,tracing and observing their pregnancy outcomes. Contrasting pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women under normal / higher-level and lower-level serum PAPPA; Contrasting serum PAPPA levels of different pregnancy outcomes. Results The occurrence rate of abortion was 8% for those pregnant women under normal / higher-level serum PAPPA. PAPPA concentration in serum of the pregnant women who suffered from adverse pregnancy outcomes was obviously lower than the normal. Conclusions PAPPA concentration in serum played an important role in predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in early threatened abortion.
