摘　　要：本文通过探讨如何做好医院人事档案管理工作,分别从加强档案管理意识、创新档案管理内容、完善档案管理制度、优化档案管理设施、充实档案管理队伍等策略进行分析说明,以更好地完善医院人事档案管理工作。Warmth in the knowledge information service for the purpose of the new economy era,the traditional hospital personnel file management puts forward new chal enge.This paper discusses how to do a good job of hospital personnel file management, respectively from strengthening archives management consciousness, the innovative content of archives management,to perfect the file management system, optimize the archives management facilities,enrich the archives management team strategy were analyzed,to better improve hospital personnel file management.
