摘  要:研究了不同质量分数的混合稀土对Mg-10Al合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:加入混合稀土RE后,Mg-10Al合金的晶粒明显细化,β相由网状变为颗粒状,RE与铝结合形成Al2RE和Al11RE3新相,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率均得到显著提高,且随RE质量分数增加,呈先增大后降低的趋势。在RE质量分数为1.5%时,合金组织细化效果最好,抗拉强度达到最大值,从Mg-10Al合金的81 MPa提高到164 MPa.而伸长率则在RE质量分数为0.5%时达到最大值,由Mg-10Al合金的0.5%增加到1.56%.Effects of the Various content RE on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-10A1 ahoy were investigated in this paper. The experimental results showed that grains of Mg-10A1 alloy were refined by adding RE,the morphology of 13 phase changed from reticulation to granular,new phases of A12RE and AlnRE3 were formed with the combination of RE and AI. The tensile strength and elongation of alloy improved greatly, and increased firstly and decreased subsequently with the increase of RE content. The alloy containing 1.5 % RE had a best refinement and highest tensile strength,tensile strength increased from 81 MPa to 164 MPa. The elongation reached a maximum when containing 0.5% RE,increased from 0.5% to 1.56%.
