摘　　要：介绍了国内外PCM法制备泡沫铝的现状,分析了PCM法制备泡沫铝的工艺以及对发泡填充过程的影响因素,泡沫铝的优良性能以及在各领域的应用。并对PCM法制备复合结构的方法、实现冶金结合的原理及其性能做了介绍。对现存的问题做了归纳。The research status of aluminum forms prepared by PCM（powder compacting method）was introduced in the paper and influencing factors on forming behavior were discussed. The good performance of aluminum forms and application in some fields were reviewed. The process, theory of metallurgical bonding and properties of foamed aluminum composite were described also.
