摘　　要：分析了《在路上》中"垮掉的一代"。认为小说反映的是20世纪五六十年代的青年人不安于传统、逃避现实、追寻刺激的生活方式、崇尚自然的精神状态。主人公多次横穿美国大陆时所走的路正是"垮掉的一代"的精神之旅。The Beat Generation in Jack Kerouac＇s On the Road is analyzed. The novel reflects young people＇s mental state of in 1950s to 1960s. overwhelmed the tradition, searched for a mobile life and yearned for the organic experience and pursued the nature. The road on which the protagonists traveled through the USA for many times is actually the Beats＇ spiritual road.
