摘　　要：电牵引采煤机在综采工作面使用过程中,截割电机经常出现电机绝缘低、电机超温、电机轴承落架等常见故障。对电牵引采煤机截割电机经常出现的故障进行了详细的分析,并提出了相适应的预防措施。为电牵引采煤机在使用时,及时维护保养、检修提供了参考性经验。Shearer in fully mechanized working face in the process, the cutting motor often appears the motor insulation low, over temperature, motor bearing failing accident. On the cutting fault motor are analyzed in detail, and put forward the suitable preventive measures. Provides reference experience for the coal mining machine in the use of timely maintenance, repair.
