摘　　要：煤炭行业作为传统的能源行业,实现其管理数字化、网络化,对于进一步提高煤炭企业效益具有重要作用。针对煤炭企业信息化建设现状,加强其企业信息化管理,构建网络视频系统,即提出可行的煤矿企业网络视频系统设计方案,它从一定程度上反映了煤炭企业信息化的建设策略,是提高煤炭企业综合实力的有效手段。通过Java平台的优越性,利用软件来实现流媒体的处理,分析了JMF的结构和工作原理,给出了具体的解决方案。实现了以自动化、程控化为主的煤炭网络企业。The coal industry as the traditional energy industry, realize the management of digital, networked, plays an important role in improving efficiency of coal enterprises in coal enterprise information construction. According to the present situation, strengthen the construction of enterprise information management, network video conference system, namely the design of coal mine enterprise network video conference system is feasible, it reflects construction strategy of Coal enterprise information from a certain extent, is an effective means to improve the comprehensive strength of coal mine enterprise. With the superiority of Java platform, to achieve the processing of streaming media application software, analyzes the structure and working principle of JMF, the solution is given in detail, The coal enterprise specializing in automation, network programmed.
