摘  要:以凹土为内核制备超细镍粉,在已有配方的基础上挑选出适合凹土棒晶表面施镀的配方,对敏化活化次数进行探讨,施镀前引进还原处理、胶体分散等工艺,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析化学镀Ni-P包覆凹土棒晶的微观形貌,X射线能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析镀层的成分和结构。结果表明,酸性配方优于碱性配方,敏化活化3次即可满足施镀要求,还原处理能明显提高镀液的稳定性,胶体分散对施镀粉体的分散性有很大改善。Ultrafine Ni powder was prepared using palygorskite as the core, the formula for the micro-fiber palygorskite surface plating was selected on the basis of the existing formula, the cycles of sensitization and activation were discussed, reduction treatment and colloidal dispersion process were introduced. Through scanning electron microscope (SEM), the microstructure of electroless Ni-P coating was analyzed, and its composition and structure were analyzed by energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The experiments shows that the acidic formula is superior to the basic formula. Sensitization and activation three times would meet the requirements of the plating. The reducing treatment can remarkably improve the stability of plating solution and the dispersion of the plating powder has been greatly improved by colloidal dispersion.
