摘  要:采用光学显微镜、电子探针及电感耦合等离子质谱分析技术对富含矿物包裹体脉石英进行了矿物学研究。经粉碎、分级、磁选、无氟反浮选以及化学提纯制备出了高纯石英砂。3段无氟优先反浮选依次分离铁、云母和长石等矿物。浮选结果表明,石英砂中杂质元素总量由267.69μg/g降至155.93μg/g,SiO2含量99.984%,杂质金属元素浮选作业总去除率41.75%。热压浸出技术对于包裹在石英集合体中细粒长石和云母有明显浸出作用。用热压浸出制备出SiO2含量99.994%的超高纯石英,金属元素总去除率77.10%。探讨了脉石英焙烧、浮选以及热压浸出机理。The mineralogical investigation has been done for the vein quartz using optical microscope, electron microprobe analysis and inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer. The high purity quartz sands were prepared by crush, classification, magnetic separation, fluorine-free reverse flotation and chemical leaching. The minerals of iron, mica and feldspar were separated in turn with technique of three sections priority of fluorine- free reverse flotation. The results of flotation shows that the total amount of impurities element in the quartz sands were decreased from 267.69 μg/g to 155.93 μg/g, SiOz 99.984% and 41.75% total removal rate on metallic element flotation operation. The technique of the hot pressing leaching showed an obvious leaching action for the micro-particle of feldspar and mica in quartz inclusions. The ultra- high purity quartz sands SiO2 99.994% were prepared by a hot pressing leaching. The total removal rate of metallic elements was 77.10%. The mechanism of roasting, flotation and hot pressing leaching were Investigated as well.
