摘 要:对Al-Si复合材料表面进行催化活化前处理,然后经过碱性预镀与酸性化学镀Ni-P合金两步工艺在其表面获得Ni-P合金镀层;利用扫描电镜、成分分析、热震试验和盐雾腐蚀试验研究了镀层的组织结构与性能。结果表明,此方法可获得均匀、致密,无明显表面缺陷的Ni-P合金镀层,镀层呈胞状结构,与基体结合良好;对镀层进行96h的盐雾腐蚀试验后仍呈现出较好的耐腐蚀性,可对基体起到良好的防护作用。Pre-process of catalytic activation was applied on the surface of Al-Si composite materials,and then Ni-P alloy coating was prepared by alkaline pre-plating and acidic electroless plating.Surface morphology and chemical composition of the coating were observed and determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and the coating performance was studied by thermal shock and salt spray tests.The results show that by this method Ni-P coating is in a uniform,compact and cellular structure with no obvious defects and higher bonding strength.After continuous 96 hours' salt spray corrosion test,Ni-P coating still presents a higher corrosion resistance and has a better protection effect to the substrate.
