摘 要:采用电沉积法在45#钢表面制备了表面有裂纹和无裂纹两种Ni-W合金镀层,研究了两种Ni-W合金镀层在干摩擦和润滑油条件下的摩擦磨损性能。研究结果表明,与无裂纹Ni-W合金镀层相比,裂纹Ni-W合金镀层的裂纹织构效应使得镀层在干摩擦和油润滑条件下表现为较低的摩擦系数和磨损率,其磨损率在干摩擦时降低了23%,在油润滑条件下降低了10%。结果表明,裂纹沉积Ni-W合金涂层与无裂纹沉积Ni-W合金涂层相比,具有更低的摩擦系数和磨损率作为干燥和油润滑条件下的表面纹理化的结果。Crack and crack-free Ni-W alloy coatings have been prepared on 45#steel surface by electroplating method.Friction and wear properties of the two coatings have been studied under dry and oil-lubricant conditions.Results show that compared with crack-free Ni-W alloy coating,the crack Ni-W alloy coating exhibits a lower friction coefficient and wear rate as a result of " surface texturing effect" under both dry and oil-lubricant conditions.And the wear rate has been reduced by 23% and 10% under dry condition and oil-lubricant condition respectively.
