摘  要:为解决现有制冷压缩机性能测试中气体冷却法存在的设备尺寸较大、吸气温度调节速度慢、系统管路相关阀件较多的弊端,本文提出2种简易气体循环流程,将压缩机排气口的气体冷却到过热区或两相区而后节流到需要的吸气状态,工质相变量少,同时满足纯工质与混合工质的测试要求。The existing gas cooling method in the refrigeration corn testing system has many disadvantages, such as the large size of the suction temperature adjustment and too many valves. To solve these pressor performance equipment, the slow problems, two types of simple gas circulation processes are proposed,which chill the compressor's discharge gas to overheating or two-phase zone and then throttle it to required suction condition. As a result,the amount of refrigerant's phase transition is less, and the testing requirements for both single and mixed refrigerant are satisfied.
