摘　　要：宫颈癌是妇科常见恶性肿瘤,宫颈癌的治疗一直是倍受关注的话题。其治疗指南多根据分期的不同以手术或放疗为主。在既往的观点中,化疗仅处于辅助治疗的地位。近年来,由于对早期宫颈癌术前化疗的不断尝试,使其逐渐成为早期宫颈癌治疗方案的讨论热点。该文就早期宫颈癌术前化疗的应用进展情况予以综述。Cervical cancer is a common ailment among gynecological tumors, the treatment of which has always been an important topic. The therapies are made according to the different stages of the disease, and surgery and radiotherapy are the main choices. In the past, chemotherapy was used -as a kind of adjuvant treatment. In recent years, due to the constant attempt in preoperative chemotherapy for early stage cervical cancer, it is gradually becoming the focus of discussion. Here is to make a review of the application progress of this neoadjuvant chemotherapy for preoperative early stage cervical cancer.
