经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫下段瘢痕妊娠的超声特征,评价经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫下段瘢痕妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2007年8月至2012年10月广西壮族自治区人民医院收治的24例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的声像图特征。结果本组超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的诊断符合率为66.7%(16/24)。8例表现为子宫瘢痕处妊娠囊,16例表现为子宫瘢痕处混合回声团块。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产术后子宫下段瘢痕妊娠的诊断有重要价值。Objective To explore the ultrasonographie characteristics of Cesarean sear pregnancy（CSP） and evaluate transvaginal color Doppler sonography（TVCDS） in the diagnosis of CSP. Methods Retrospec- tive analysis of sonographie characteristics were used in 24 cases of CSP admitted to People＇s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from Aug. 2007 to Oct. 2012 was done. Results The ultrasonic diagno- sing coincidence rate was 66.7% （16/24）. 8 cases were observed gestational sac in the scar of anterior uterine wall; the rest 16 cases were observed mixed echogenie mass. Conclusion TVCDS has high value in the diagnosis of CSP.
