摘　　要：文章对MOOC的定义、兴起、发展、影响和我国MOOC发展概况进行了深入分析;针对我国公共图书馆所面临的MOOC运动,提出充分认识MOOC的重要性、优化课程内容、提供引导服务及开展社区教育等建议。This paper gives a deep discussion of the definition, the rise, the development, the influence of MOOC and its development in China; then it brings forward some suggestions for the construction of Chinese public library facing MOOC movement such as well recognizing the importance of MOOC, optimizing curriculum, providing MOOC guidance and community education service, etc.
