摘 要:为评价甲基磺酸体系高速镀锡添加剂的性能,在甲基磺酸镀锡液中加入A、B两种亚光添加剂进行电镀,采用极化试验、时间-电位曲线、赫尔槽试验、扫描电镜等方法考察了两种添加剂的电流密度范围、温度范围、阴极极化能力、镀层形貌及电流密度对锡沉积电位的影响。结果表明:以上试验方法可以为高速电镀添加剂性能评价提供参考,添加剂A比添加剂B拥有更宽的电流密度及温度范围、极化能力更强;适当地提高电流密度能细化晶粒,提高生产效率。To evaluate the performances of two additives A and B in stannous methanesulphonate solutions, the effects of two additives on electric current density range, temperature range, cathode polarization ability, morphology of tin deposits and electro-deposition potential were studied by polarization test, potential-time curves test, hull cell test, and SEM observation. Compared with the additive B, the additive A broadened the electric current density and temperature range, and enhanced the cathode polarization ability of stannous methanesulphone solutions. Appropriately raising the electric current density could refine electrode position grains and improve productivity. The foregoing test methods could provide a reference to evaluate the performance of the high speed electroplating additives.
