摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,人们对文化信息资源的需求越来越广泛。高校图书馆融入公共服务体系,向社会读者开放,为特定读者提供个性化服务的问题越来越受到关注。文章就高校图书馆与公共图书馆合作,参与社会经济建设,促进基层文化建设等方面的服务机制进行了探讨。With the advent of knowledge economy era, the demand for cultural information resource becomes more and more wide. Being congenial with the public service system and opening to the whole society, the individualized services provided by university libraries have aroused more and more concern among all walks of life. This article makes a probe into the service mechanism in the amalgamation with public libraries, the participation in social and economic construction and in the promotion of the cultural construction of the grassroots.
