摘 要:快速多极子边界元法是近年来快速发展和应用的一种新的数值计算方法,对于解决大规模问题具有十分明显的优势;首先,对快速多极算法进行了总述,阐述了基本原理、数学基础和实现步骤;然后,对其在基础领域和各个工程领域内的研究进展做了一定的总结和概括,并着重介绍了其在声学问题和流固耦合问题中的应用;最后,简要展望了快速多极边界元方法的发展趋势。The fast muhipole boundary element method is a new numerical method that has been developed and applied rapidly in recent years. It has an obvious advantage towards large - scale problem. This article firstly gave a comprehensive description of FMBEM, including basic theory, mathematical formulas and im- plementation steps. Then a review of applications in basic and engineering areas was presented. The appli- cation of FMBEM to solving the acoustic problem and fluid - structure interaction problem was emphasized here. Finally, some future studying directions in FMBEM were pointed out.
