摘  要:设计了一种基于正交电桥的短波双极性电调衰减器,并在此基础上提出了基于单个正交电桥实现矢量调制器的方法。首先理论分析了基于正交电桥实现双极性衰减器的原理。其次设计了该衰减器中的正交电桥、基于PIN二极管的可调射频电阻以及线性控制电路。最后分析了基于单个正交电桥实现矢量调制器的原理。结果表明,该双极性电调衰减器在短波频段内动态范围可达30 dB,基本实现线性控制。A bipolar electronic-controlled attenuator based on quadrature bridge which worked in short-wave band was designed, and a design of vector attenuator based on quadrature bridge is proposed Firstly the principle of the bipolar electronic-controlled attenuator based on quadrature bridge is analyzed. Then the quadrature bridge, PIN-diode-based electronic-controlled radio-frequency resistance and the linearity control circuit is designed. At last the principle of the vector attenuator based on quadrature bridge is analyzed. The results show that the attenuator range of the bipolar electronic-controlled attenuator can reach 30dB in short-wave band, and the function of linearity control basically achieved.
