摘 要:车载加油蒸气回收系统(ORVR)能减少90%以上的汽车加油油气排放。ORVR系统对加油管有特殊的功能要求,要求在加油过程中形成液封。传统的加油管设计开发过程依靠经验和试验,周期长、费用高。针对该问题使用CFD仿真软件Fluent对包括加油管和燃油箱的模型的加油过程进行仿真计算,使用ICEM CFD网格划分软件对CATIA V5软件建立的几何模型进行网格划分,然后在Fluent中使用VOF多相流模型和RNG k-ε模型,在设置好相关边界条件和求解条件后建立仿真模型。在几何模型的计算结果不能满足要求时,对几何模型进行了多次改进,使设计结果能够满足ORVR系统的要求。提出的方法可为ORVR加油管的设计开发提供参考。(ORVR) system can reduce more than 90% emission of refueling vapor. The filler pipe of ORVR system requires special functionality that liquid seal should be formed during refueling. Tradi- tional design and development process of filler pipe relies on experience and tests, which needs longer cycle and higher cost. Refueling process of filler pipe and fuel tank assembly is simulated by CFD software Fluent. Meshing the geometric model created by CATIA V5 with ICEM CFD, and then ap- plying the VOF ( volume of fluid) model and RNG ( Re-Normalization Group) k - ε turbulence flow model in FLUNET, and setting boundary and solution conditions, the appropriate simulation model is established. At first, the result of simulation of the geometric model colld not meet the requirement. After several improvements on the geometric model, the final result would meet the requirement of ORVR system. The proposed method of this paper provides references to the design and development of filler pipe of ORVR system.
