摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动提高持续膀胱冲洗患者满意度的效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组(圈名为:无忧圈),以提高持续膀胱冲洗患者满意度为主题,对患者满意度低的现况进行调查、原因分析发现膀胱痉挛、漏尿、体位不舒适为主要影响因素,并对此进行整改。结果通过全体圈员参与活动,患者持续膀胱冲洗过程中的满意度由活动前的69.8%提高至活动后的90.7%。结论品管圈活动有利于缓解持续膀胱冲洗患者的不适症状,是推动医疗质量持续改进的有效管理工具。Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle in improving the satisfaction of pa- tients with continuous bladder irrigation. Methods A quality control circle group (without sorrow and anxiety circle) were investigate in order to improve the satisfaction of patients in the process of continuous bladder irrigation. The reasons for the low satisfaction were investigated, and bladder spasm/urinary in- continence/position uncomfortableness were the major reasons to be found, then we formulate measures to improve the three major causes. Results Satisfaction rate increased from 69.8% to 90.7% after the quali- ty control circle implementation. Conclusion Quality control circle is an effective tool to promote the qual- ity of medical care. In our activity, the satisfaction of patients in the process of continuous bladder irriga- tion is substantially improved, and the uncomfortable symptoms were alleviated.
