自制手背静脉穿刺点止血夹的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价自制手背静脉穿刺点止血夹的止血效果。方法 2013年7月,便利抽样法选取在解放军总医院进行手背静脉输液患者120例为研究对象,按就诊先后将其分为A、B、C三组,每组40例。A组患者输液完毕后由护士按压止血,B组患者自行按压止血,C组患者使用自制手背静脉穿刺点止血夹。比较各组穿刺点辅料渗血情况和24h后有无皮下淤斑。结果三组患者穿刺点出血情况的差异和24h后穿刺点皮下淤血情况的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论自制手背静脉穿刺点止血夹能有效按压手背静脉穿刺点,达到护士按压水平,优于患者自行按压。Objective To evaluate the hemostatic effects of a self-designed hemostatie clip prototype in pa- tients with peripheral intravenous infusion via hand vein. Methods By convenience sampling, a total of 120 patients were enrolled and alternately assigned into three groups by the sequence of completing sedated en- doscopy, with 40 patients in each group. The puncture sites were pressed artificially by nurse in group A, by patient themselves in group 13, and by hemostatic clips in group C. The diameter of bloodstain in medi- cal band and the presence of subcutaneous ecchymosis 24h thereafter were recorded and compared. Results Significant differences in diameter of bloodstain in medical band and the presence of subcutaneous ecchy- mosis 24 h thereafter were found among three groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self-designed hemostat- ic clip offers similar hemostatic effects as standard approach by nurse and better than patients self-conduc- ted approach.
