摘　　要：以我国《房屋建筑工程质量保修办法》为背景,对该办法中存在的问题进行了分析,得出建立房屋建筑全质量缺陷保修范围和质量终身保修制度,实行最低保修期内的免费保修和最低保修期外的非免费保修办法,适当提高保修项目最低保修期限和,增加最低保修期内发生的维修事项的保修期限内容的结论。This paper analyzes the existing problems of“The Quality Warranty Approach of Housing Proj ect”,and concludes warranty coverage of quality defects for housing construction and quality warranty system,which implement free warranty in a minimum warranty period and non-free warranty beyond minimum warranty period,and then puts forward that the minimum warranty period and warranty pro-gram can be appropriately raised,and the repair content of the minimum warranty period can be increased.
